Soya journey

Nampak je sikit, satgi dia kembang, tak cukup periuk hang nak perah.

Rendam dulu.

Get rid of the skins. From my limited online scrolling, the taste would be quite bitter if you don't get rid of it. No need to get rid of it all, just get rid of them as much as you can.

The first batch. I put in too much soybeans😂 my blender needed to work harder. Had to make four batches. 

i used this to filter out my soybeans. Muslin cloth ke apa ntah nama nya.

Air gula plak aku cuma panaskan balik air gula lebihan semalam untuk agar agar tu. Ada lebih secawan. I just heated it up, add half cup of castor sugar, and that's it. Tak boleh rasa. Puasaaa.

Okay.... Semua orang tengah kelam kabut sebab Kerajaan dah bagi orang mula kerja dah next isnin ni. I was assigned to call and to prepare a letter to  Kota Bharu court this Sunday.

adunan ini setelah disimpan 30 minit dalam fridge Dan 10 minit di luar. Sekarang pun dah pukul enam. So let's start frying!
