steam the tofu

whatever vegetables you're using. Mince it.

oyster sauce, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced ciken.

1. sauté the garlic first. Then the shallots.
2. Add in the soy sauce thingy.
3. Add in the vegetables. And four tablespoon of water.
4. Bubbles are finally there? Add corn flour (with water).
5. Pour the sauce on top of the tofu.
6. Don don don doneee

Verdict:

Taste: Too oily. I made too much sauce too. Moderate is better.
