You still have to add an egg for this instant soup to work. I even added more cornflour (+ water) to get the thick consistency.
Since I don't have a my black vinegar, I'm serving this soup with sesame oil + chopped garlic to add that 'kick' and kimchi as side dish.
P.s. I aborted my mission to grill the salmon since I'm missing the potato and asparagus. Till next time!
